When I did the hamstring stretch years ago, I was able to touch the ground, now I can’t go past my shins which is expected given my rods are from the base of my neck to the middle of my back. Now, 10 years later, I struggle with basic crunches, seated and standing hamstring stretch, etc. I was constantly moving back then and was able to do most, if not all core workouts and stretches. Cheer helped a little bit but it still put a lot of strain on my back. I did soccer for 4 years and Tai Kwon Do for 8/9 years and after surgery I was doing nothing for a little bit and then I was in cheerleading for 3 years.
